(December 6, 2022) – Westlake Royal Building Products™, one of North America’s largest manufacturers and distributors of exterior and interior building products, today announced an expanded distribution partnership with Wausau Supply Company, a leading manufacturer and distributor of premier building materials.

HOUSTON (December 1, 2022) — Westlake Royal Building Products™ USA Inc., a Westlake company, announced this week that it has completed the purchase of the Palight® Trimboard business from Palram Americas, Inc. Based in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, Palram is a manufacturer of extruded thermoplastic sheets, panel systems and finished products. The purchase was completed on November 30, 2022.
