With the application of special hardware, metal re-inforcements, hurricane impact glass and specific installation instructions, this truly is a hurricane rated door for any coastal region. It has been tested and approved according to the stringent Florida Building Code, including the HVHZ costal area criteria, up to a maximum size of 96’ x 96” (OX-XO).
